Documents/mail final36-config run is active (session11632); calendar108 and marker36 runs still pending. All four pilots passed on b31ce617. Do not rebuild yet. An actual/reference viewer `visual-correction/route-review.html` is being prepared;22 PNG copies match frozen approved237c79b8 bytes, but validate every viewer image binding after all matrices exist before publishing it.

All native failure receipts retained. No backend/PDF/provider/live model work.
