Its two-config320/1440 EN/light read-only pilot passed12 states with no writes/proposals; all five Settings sections plus focused AI controls. Company fixtures unavailable. Actual screenshots show QuickCaptureCard's remaining decorative PageSection surface; next minimal eligible fix removes that surface only, retaining bookmarklet/manual-copy/control behavior. Then targeted Settings regression, type/lint/build and36-config216-state read-only qualification, with source-bound manifest/publication. Do not rebuild until admin seal verified (done); do not count settings pilot as full regression or final acceptance. No owner input needed for these ordinary IM10 actions. Remaining Career Evidence/error/review states, connected journeys and all human/native/security/recovery/Phase10/release/owner gates remain OPEN. Orchestrator/main/production untouched.
