# A3-IM08 publication and owner acceptance
3 November 2026. Implementation `e2327c1fa2ceaf785d4058c802bafe0d3428c235` on `codex/a3-ui-08` is published and independently remotely verified. Earlier section-context fix `a88310481fbfa7701478043e8bf192ee45c7c28e` is also published/verified. Validation: `AI_SETTINGS_VALIDATION.md`;131 distinct frontend cases/eight suites,68 local backend cases,96 scoped accessibility scans/captures and16 controlled journeys. Capture refreshes, pilots and independent review overlap those totals.
Owner explicitly answered **"Approve IM08 and A3-IM09"**. IM08 Gate F is ACCEPTED; do not repeat. This approval was given with two disclosed open gaps: no per-user Ghosted-processing pause in the six-number rules contract, and mounted entitlement presentation requiring a full reload after saving AI preferences. Backend enforcement remains authoritative. Neither gap is silently closed by milestone acceptance.
Next authorised scope: IM09 account/security/session/connections/data controls and administration/processing presentation. Preserve authentication/recovery/RBAC/owner boundaries, last-admin/self restrictions, task-state permissions, safe diagnostics and explicit export/delete confirmation. No actual deletion for visual verification, production operation, live model or provider activation.
Independent attachment-size localisation `1ce93ca0e3a906673e636e56f1b910756ca78bb2` on `codex/i18n-attachment-sizes` is published/remotely verified;61 affected tests, types/scoped lint/build and static review passed. Its seven committed source/evidence hashes match. Keep that delta isolated until reconciled against the newer application baseline; do not merge its older tree wholesale.
Full Phase10, European localisation, Product Review/Global Jobs dependencies, final integrated security/recovery/native/provider/release qualification remain open. No orchestrator/pre-P10 changes, main merge or production deployment.
