Phase 4 starts from f696f23 on codex/ui-redesign-phase4. The 57 preservation contracts in Phase 2 and the Phase 3 impact matrix remain authoritative.

• P4-01 semantic colors, focus and loaded fixtures
• P4-01 preservation and visual evidence

Only P4-01 is authorized in this checkpoint. No route/layout redesign, P4-02, B07, backend/schema work or production deployment is included. F04 remains open pending actual production ingress evidence.
