# P5-15-04 — Successor findings and ownership

Classification: **A** production release gate; **B** full original Phase 5 acceptance gate; **C** approved deferred product work; **D** retained bounded technical debt. A scoped design-review transition does not close A/B gates. The [complete readiness register](../READINESS_DEBT.md) retains all operational/provider/domain obligations; this table dispositions the acceptance audit findings, not a replacement for that register.

No P0 finding is demonstrated by this checkpoint. Closed scoped functional findings retain their original severity and proof; outstanding manual checks are evidence gaps rather than invented functional failures. No severity is downgraded merely to enable Phase 6 planning.
