# Phase 7 — Full migration

**Authorised development execution; production remains NO-GO.** The owner resolved the main/deployment conflict by directing Phase 7 to continue on development while keeping main unchanged. Follow the [original Phase 7 scope](../IMPLEMENTATION_PLAN.md#phase-7--full-migration) and the exact [Phase 6 handoff](../phase-6/p6-05/PHASE7_HANDOFF.md); this record does not replace the approved architecture or introduce another phase plan.

The entry commit is `b5319981ad3d1bd635daff861453d23c0de5320b` on `codex/ui-redesign-phase4`. Phase 6 application source is unchanged from `bd47214bdcd74336788dca0f294b8ddb9403cac1`, with measured export `2LDblja_XnSBWSuY6ys_V`. Main remains `27657f31131cd95d42f0e1290853ec9c9b3959a4`. The [Phase 6 acceptance](../phase-6/p6-05/README.md), [aggregate evidence](../phase-6/p6-05/evidence/validation.json) and [push ledger](../phase-6/COMMITS.md) establish implemented review CONDITIONAL GO, production NO-GO and Phase 7 readiness CONDITIONAL GO.

The detailed dependencies, preservation risks, test additions and reviewable commit boundaries remain authoritative in the handoff. P7-06F is an optional gated branch, not permission to block all independent migrations.

## Scope and evidence

[INVENTORY.md](p7-00/INVENTORY.md) reconciles already migrated owners, remaining work and all 32 routes. [PRESERVATION.md](PRESERVATION.md) starts with all 57 groups: **0 PASS /56 PARTIAL /0 FAIL /1 DEFERRED**, including withheld PRES-C11. A partial whole-group status does not imply an established defect or removed capability. [DEBT.md](DEBT.md) carries every RD01–RD28 obligation and current scoped Phase 6 dispositions.

P7-00 adopts the actual unchanged-source Phase 6 runtime results: backend1,033, frontend521/85, ordinary browser159, sidecar49, separate HTTP/security/diagnostic lanes and original16/36 plus8/24 rendering corpora. These are inherited execution evidence, not a new Phase 7 runtime run. P7-00 adds fresh identity, route, matrix and static verification only. New affected runtime tests begin with P7-01; P7-12 runs fresh applicable full regression.

Keep the 52 all-enabled and 267 inherited-rule axe inventories separate: combined319 mixed-scope snapshots,11 violation-node occurrences and2,473 incomplete occurrences. These are repeated contexts, not unique defects or conformance certification. Applicable manual M01–M12 remain NOT VERIFIED; M13/P5-13 is deferred do-not-execute.

The [P7-01 public sub-slice](p7-01/evidence/public-auth-results.json) adds fresh affected61/61, ordinary native22/22, isolated real Identity/loopback SMTP2/2 and helper6/6 proof. Its unchanged-backend87-case auth subset is not additive to1,033; its affected61 cases do not stand in for a fresh full frontend run. Twenty-two all-enabled public scans separately retain0 violation nodes/31 contrast incomplete nodes. Eight exact final matrix PNGs were inspected; reader/zoom/device/provider/production requirements remain open. Push8ad720d was directly verified at2026-10-11 18:50:24UTC with main unchanged. At that public gate, account presentation/source isolation/session-security acceptance was pending; the later account result below supersedes that status.

The separate [account runtime manifest](p7-01/evidence/account-results.json) records actual fresh573/89 full frontend, account6/public22/auth-boundaries10 and app/browser TypeScript/lint/build pass after truthful account-only stored-CV-text/unavailable-provider copy repairs. Full frontend521→573 adds52 cases/+4 suites without removals; exact file/name deltas remain recorded. Account8 scans retain0 violation nodes/85 incompletes and current public22 retain31 contrast incompletes, separately from the frozen public/Phase6 baselines. All eight final post-copy PNGs were actually inspected, with contextual axe/manual qualifications retained. Implemented P7-01 scope is CONDITIONAL GO; final staged finite hygiene passed and accountad7b419 was normally pushed, direct localHEAD=origin=live development equality verified2026-10-11 19:16:15UTC, main unchanged and worktree clean at observation. No whole-group/route upgrade follows from these finite results.

The [P7-03 import/history candidate](p7-03/README.md#importhistory-candidate-implementation-and-pending-final-validation) adds scoped history/comparison recovery, dirty/pending mutation guards, explicit review choices and stable focus while preserving existing source/history owners. Earlier affected76/6 is candidate proof before the latest focus/inline-Alert corrections; final runtime/build/native/visual/axe/hygiene/push acceptance is pending. Corrected Low Contact is checked through real HTTP; invalid French native attempts remain fixture failures rather than valid product RED. Latest failed native attempt5/1 recovers language setup and identifies the actual NB320 pending-ready Alert message before the owner-local correction. Initial +20/646/93 expectations are superseded by22 new cases/2 suites and derived648/93; prospective ordinary233 adds6 to227. Latest actual full573/89, all57 statuses/32 routes, RD21, C11 and production/Phase8 limits remain unchanged.

## Working constraints

The [P7-02 onboarding slice](p7-02/evidence/onboarding-results.json) adds actual fresh affected32/2 (+23 cases over its nine-case inherited subset), ordinary native13 and separate Dashboard/Analytics4, app/browser types/lint/build and13 inspected final PNGs. Its13 all-enabled scans retain0 violation nodes/13 invisible-zero notification-badge contrast incompletes; no manual conformance or real provider grant is inferred. The retry-focus defect was reproduced by five strengthened unit cases and a focused native failure before correction. Latest full frontend573/89 remains inherited;596/89 is only a derived expectation. Onboarding implemented scope is CONDITIONAL GO final hygiene PASS and normal pushd21501aa/direct receipt23:55:12UTC; Career successor affected46/3/native14/preservation2 and22 actual image inspections now pass; implemented P7-02 scope is CONDITIONAL GO with final Career hygiene PASS and normal push8b4d5c2 directly verified05:51:04UTC, main unchanged. Its22 all-enabled scans retain0 violations/99 incompletes;610/89 is derived only, latest full573/89 unchanged. Frozen [Career results](p7-02/evidence/career-results.json) retain failures/source/export/manual qualifications;57 groups/32 routes unchanged and production NO-GO.

Use the current MUI/Emotion theme, PageLayout/section primitives, ViewStateNotice/useViewResource, Router, i18n, notification and save owners. Preserve query/history/aliases, account/tenant/role boundaries, canonical Career facts versus CV overrides, revision recovery, frozen packages and original PDF pagination/oracles. Do not infer new Documents/Notifications/aggregate Admin routes from illustrative navigation. No new hard-coded user-facing strings.

Verify EN/Bokmål, light/dark, appropriate density, 320/360–390/768/1024/1280/1440/wide layouts, relevant breakpoint boundaries, keyboard/focus/errors and legitimate document-canvas scrolling. Human reader/device/provider/output evidence stays explicit when unavailable. A newly demonstrated severe shared defect blocks its dependent propagation; unaffected development can continue.

[COMMITS.md](COMMITS.md) records each bounded checkpoint/repair, checks and normal development push with immediate remote=HEAD verification. No force push, main push or production deployment. P5-13 qualification/activation, optional P5-05 preview, unsupported feature/schema/lifecycle activation and Phase 8 dashboard customization remain separately gated. Destructive or production-targeted work requires its separate authority and evidence-backed release decision.

### Observed import/history push receipt

Implemented P7-03 scope is **CONDITIONAL GO**. The normal import/history push `5d6e32358c79cc8cfe505013fc79995940079767` was directly verified at 2026-10-12 17:28:54.912933UTC: local HEAD=origin=live development, clean worktree, local/origin/live main unchanged `27657f31131cd95d42f0e1290853ec9c9b3959a4`. Fresh affected76/6, ordinary native35, backend98/seeder24, types/lint/build and staged hygiene pass; 33/54 retained final images were inspected. Import17 scans0/302, editor13 scans0/377 and Career22 scans0/99 remain qualified. RD21 concurrency/partial-write recovery, old orphan records and human/device/provider/output requirements remain open. All57 groups remain56 PARTIAL/C11 DEFERRED,32 routes retained. 648/93 frontend and233 browser are derived only; latest whole573/89 remains inherited. Production NO-GO, P5-13 withholding and Phase8 separation remain unchanged.

### P7-04 library finite disposition

[Library results](p7-04/evidence/library-results.json) record fresh affected38/4 (+12/0), ordinary native8, existing editor/gallery consumer4 with actual PDF200, unchanged-binary backend72 and types/lint/build PASS on _fYf-IvM_ULd3ZPdUW-8h. All19 final PNGs actually reviewed; finite root overflow0. Library19 all-enabled scans0/64 and editor12 retained-scope scans0/122 remain contextually qualified: badge/overlap/modal portals, disabled Undo/Redo wrappers and obscured print headings retain M09/M11/manual requirements. Server template names/categories remain English metadata in NB and are P7-11 localisation residual. Meaningful unit/native RED and peer fixes preserve draft/error/current-locale/managed-focus behavior; no assertion/rule waiver. Implemented library CONDITIONAL GO with final hygiene/push pending; public entry/full P7-04 pending. All57 statuses/32 routes unchanged; frontend660/93/browser241/backend1,034 derived only, full573/89/backend1,033/sidecar49 inherited until P7-12. RD21/canonical concurrency, old orphan/frozen/output/provider/human/release debt remains; P5-13 withheld/main NO-GO/Phase8 separate.

### Final P7-06 embedded-forms observation

Final embedded-forms implemented scope is **CONDITIONAL GO**, normal push pending. The matching aggregate/generation repair resolves the reviewed cross-job draft leak: ordinary parent RED18/1, latest affected **55/4 PASS** and actual SPA/heldB/exact two-job readback PASS. Final parent build9sM6acEkOGxgN5fTRZXdE has **9PASS/1FAIL of10** (unchanged strict actual NB language204→500/RD11); fresh Jobs5/P2-D01ordinary1 give **15PASS/1FAIL of16**, qualified earlier CV4/Career11 give **30PASS/1FAIL relevant31**.
