A3 global visual correction — active owner direction

3 November 2026. Owner's two attachments are preserved verbatim beside this file. Subsequent owner definition of done also requires every34-route/57-group area to be reviewed; efficient desktop/multi-column and mobile layouts; consistent interactions and feedback; representative discovery→track, CV import/create→edit→preview→export, application→status→follow-up and Career Profile→document journeys. Actual rendered comparisons against approved A3 are required. Functional tests alone do not establish visual acceptance.

This is an authorised correction within existing A3/IM10, not a new concept or revoked foundation. Original A1 dashboard, D1 palette/open sections, B1 tracking, editor-left/preview-right, right-side application context and sidebar/hybrid navigation remain. Routine flattening/spacing does not require repeat approval. Genuine milestone, security/provider/model/native/release gates remain.

Required widths: 320,360,390,430,768,1024,1280,1440,1920, EN/NB and light/dark (36 configurations per assessed screen/state). Prepare for longer European labels. Do not claim complete overhaul while material boxed-interface discrepancies remain. Required outcome is ready for final owner visual review, with outstanding human/device/accessibility checks accurately recorded.

Current before evidence confirms material discrepancies: compact A3 reference uses open sections; actual CV has an outlined document-header card, outlined editor and preview shells, nested section and AI cards, repeated editing headings/help, partially visible section tabs and a two-row mobile app bar with outlined icons. Earlier accepted functional increments remain functional evidence; visual parity is reopened by this correction.

Immediate increment: compact shared shell, intentional shared section rules and integrated CV workspace. Retain semantic groups, focus targets, actual document paper, form fields/dialog boundaries and meaningful independent widgets. Do not use a blanket Paper/border override or retain empty nested padding. Then propagate the system through all routes and resolve material discrepancies in the coverage register.

Keep before/approved/after browser images, a discrepancy register and metrics such as visual surface depth and available editing area. Metrics support actual visual inspection, not replace it. All57 source criteria/34 routes, revisions/undo/history, canonical profile, CAS/dashboard geometry, imports/exports, permissions, consent and RD21 remain mandatory.

Continuity: validated baseline7aa54bff1fe376b798922b9da75feafa202dbb76 is published/remotely verified; ccf8d264 earlier localisation/census is also verified. Mounted entitlement-refresh fix remains uncommitted with39 preference/Settings/catalogue tests plus30 boundary/navigation tests passed,types/lint/build passed. Its16-configuration browser attempt stopped on a genuine NB320 scrollable-message accessibility defect in ProFeatureNotice; preserve failed evidence and fix the shared notice layout rather than suppress axe. Existing wrong-identity pilot expectation was corrected to respect session reset. No complete64-state pass or closed refresh gap claimed yet.

No orchestrator, pre-P10 changes, main merge or production deployment. Full Phase10/Global Jobs/European localisation/launch/security/recovery/release qualification remains separate.

4 November successor: shared shell/CV/Settings correction implemented. CV matrix passed36 configurations/108 scans and screenshots; mounted entitlement refresh passed16 journeys/64 scans and screenshots. Tablet header overlap and the NB320 notice defect were fixed; failed predecessor reports retained. These supersede the WIP browser limitations above. See VALIDATION.md, DISCREPANCIES.md, comparison.html and the current route coverage register. Remaining routes and final owner visual acceptance are open; no new owner input is needed for the next eligible implementation/review package.
