# P9-REMED-02 evidence package

Start with the [25 October acceptance addendum](ACCEPTANCE_ADDENDUM_2026-10-25.md). Local functional qualification is complete; Python security and hosted CI remain blocked. Phase9/Phase10/production remain NO-GO.

Historical reports in earlier Phase 9 directories are preserved. Raw local reports, PDFs, page images, traces, process outcomes and replay material live under `.artifacts/p9-remed-02/`; links to local raw files require that retained evidence checkout. Machine-readable source/report hashes bind the actual execution, not a claim that every local artifact is available from Git alone. No private test credentials or renderer archive are published as repository data.
