# P9-REMED-02 preservation reconciliation

|
Baseline3727a72; branch `fix/p9-pdf-security-requalification`; dated25October2026. [Machine register](preservation.json) carries all57 capability groups and all33 supported routes forward with original criteria, owners, evidence, severity, dependency, closure and gate fields. **56 remain PARTIAL and C11 DEFERRED.** No source census or focused passing test promotes a whole capability.

|
The historical source is [P9-REQUAL preservation](../p9-requal-01/preservation.json). That package's complete362-browser/33-route results remain historical. Final source-bound local functional regression PASS is in validation.json; the first95/3 ordinary attempt is retained and not accepted or added to final totals.

Both original PDF corpora/fixture membership, tolerances and historical evidence remain. Canonical Career Profile owns content; variants remain presentation lenses. Null means inherit, not clear; no migration or compatibility-alias retirement occurs. Existing frozen PDFs are not regenerated or deleted. No route removal, SQLite retirement, database-version change, new AI feature, C11 activation or Phase10/CV-UX/CV-IMPORT work is authorized.

The new [finding register](FINDINGS.md) keeps Phase9, Phase10, production-only gates and nonblocking debt independent. All applicable [human cards](MANUAL_ACCEPTANCE.md) remain NOT TESTED. Production infrastructure limitations alone do not veto development acceptance, but unclosed mandatory security and affected regression requirements still need evidence/disposition.
