# P5-15 preservation acceptance — 57 original groups

## Current bounded repair reconciliation — P5-15-03/04

The five independently tested repairs supersede 02's demonstrated failures only: native file selection (W08/J10), drawer focus (E07), CV source navigation (C07), initially hidden preview layout (C06), and report targets (S01). Original failed observations/status columns remain historical. No whole preservation group receives PASS from a scoped repair.

Current totals: **PASS0 / PARTIAL56 / FAIL0 / DEFERRED1 / BLOCKED0 / NOT VERIFIED0 =57**. These are evidence statuses: full human/device/provider/production obligations remain in each row. [Complete post-change regression](p5-15-06/README.md) now passes1,033backend/498frontend/148browser/3diagnostics with unchanged revision/rendering/security gates. Focused native before/after evidence is linked per affected row; production remains NO-GO. C11 remains explicitly deferred, not completed by withholding. No row is promoted to whole-group PASS from green automation; implemented-scope Phase6 progression remains conditional.

## Historical P5-15-02 bounded audit reconciliation

[Responsive/accessibility audit](p5-15-02/README.md) adds actual keyboard/zoom/native-picker evidence without changing application code. [Native observations](p5-15-02/evidence/native-issues.json) and [defect register](p5-15-02/DEFECTS.md) prove keyboard attachment/import activation failures (W08/J10), reduced-motion drawer focus/Escape failure (E07), unsupported CV source action (C07), and report-link target-size failure (S01, contextual WCAG exception review retained), and clipped initial mobile CV preview (C06). These are new audit observations, not a claim that all original data semantics failed or that this checkpoint introduced them.

Current totals: **PASS0 / PARTIAL50 / FAIL6 / DEFERRED1 / BLOCKED0 / NOT VERIFIED0 =57**. All original00/01/R-01/R-02/R-03 columns and their failed/green evidence remain historical. No whole group earns PASS. Avatar/heading/iframe-landmark warnings and incomplete human/device evidence remain PARTIAL rather than invented failures. C11/P5-13 remains deferred, unqualified and Production-withheld. A11Y-01 and A11Y-11 are P1 and block progression/release acceptance until independently repaired; other findings remain assigned to bounded P5-15-04 work. Fresh full browser139pass/4fail plus supplemental mobile0pass/1fail retains every ordinary failure; all134 inherited cases, complete backend1,033/frontend490 and unchanged finite native fidelity/revision/security gates pass. [Final validation](p5-15-02/evidence/validation.json) separates those scopes from mandatory human/device evidence. Production main is unchanged and NO-GO.

## Historical P5-15-01R-03 reconciliation

The [bounded Analytics authentication repair](p5-15-01/analytics-auth-repair/README.md) supersedes AUTH-01 for its tested return-path scope only. The unchanged native assertion first reproduced `/analytics?months=6` returning `/analytics`; it now passes in isolation and the complete ordinary browser run. The five new native return-path cases also pass. [Native proof](p5-15-01/analytics-auth-repair/evidence/auth-proof.json) and [fresh final validation](p5-15-01/analytics-auth-repair/evidence/validation.json) identify actual reports, command results, native fixtures and hashes.

The guard retains pathname, search, hash and validated existing router context through the existing App/Landing/Login chain. The shared completion boundary validates untrusted internal targets before local, two-factor and provider-return navigation; deliberate account/session disposal continues to clear prior private context. Analytics aggregation, supported `months` semantics, provider identity contracts and server ownership rules are unchanged.

Current totals: **PASS 0 / PARTIAL 56 / FAIL 0 / DEFERRED 1 / BLOCKED 0 / NOT VERIFIED 0 = 57**. E02 alone moves FAIL→PARTIAL after the demonstrated scoped repair and final regression. No group earns PASS; all mandatory long-tail/manual/provider obligations remain. C11/P5-13 remains unqualified, Production-withheld and deferred. Every original00/01/R-01/R-02 status column and failed historical observation is retained; old gap cells describing Fresh01 failures are historical and superseded only for each named repair scope.

Fresh final results: ordinary browser **134/134** (117 inherited +5 audit +3 saved-search +4 Rules +5 new authentication cases), zero failures/skips/flaky/retries; separate diagnostics **2/2**; backend **1,033**, frontend **490**. Native route entry/refresh assertions pass for all32 patterns/192 observations with98 expected selected reads and zero500s. The scoped saved-search and Rules repairs remain green; revision/native rendering and security gates remain unchanged and passing. Automated axe reports267 scans, zero violations and **2,041 incomplete node occurrences**, not complete accessibility acceptance. Production remains **NO-GO**; P5-15-02 has not begun and requires a separate instruction.

## Historical P5-15-01R-02 reconciliation

The [bounded Rules draft repair](p5-15-01/rules-draft-repair/README.md) supersedes SETTINGS-01 only. Its genuine SQLite14→5→tab-return5/no-write, atomic Save/readback, validation/error/retry/discard and account-disposal evidence changes **PRES-S03 FAIL→PARTIAL**. Other Settings notification/language reliability, historical Rules500 and human/provider checks remain open; no whole group earns PASS.

Current totals: **PASS0 / PARTIAL55 / FAIL1 / DEFERRED1 / BLOCKED0 / NOT VERIFIED0 =57**. E02 Analytics sign-in query loss remains FAIL; C11 remains approved DEFERRED/unqualified/Production-withheld. All original00/01/R-01 columns and failed observations remain historical. Fresh R-02 full ordinary browser128pass/1fail, diagnostics2/2, backend1,033/frontend472, security and unchanged native fidelity prove the named repair/regression scopes, not complete Phase5 acceptance. ## Historical P5-15-01R-01 reconciliation

The [bounded saved-search repair](p5-15-01/saved-search-repair/README.md) supersedes only DISCOVERY-01. Its native SQLite listing, persistence, owner denials and localized error/retry proof change **PRES-J02 from FAIL to PARTIAL**. Scheduler delivery, live providers and human/device checks remain unverified; no entire group is promoted to PASS.

Totals at R-01: **PASS0 / PARTIAL54 / FAIL2 / DEFERRED1 / BLOCKED0 / NOT VERIFIED0 =57**. E02 (Analytics sign-in query loss) and S03 (unsaved Rules draft loss) remain FAIL. C11 remains approved DEFERRED/Production-withheld. Zero wholly NOT VERIFIED groups does not close the unverified sub-workflows in every PARTIAL row. The original00 and01 columns and failed audit evidence are preserved; the new successor column shows current status. Production remains NO-GO and P5-15-02 has not begun.

## Historical P5-15-01 reconciliation

[Fresh full57matrix](p5-15-01/PRES_RESULTS.md) supplies actual API/frontend entry, original behaviors, read/write/permissions, fresh assertions, native outcomes and all remaining owner/evidence requirements. [01decision](p5-15-01/README.md): NO-GO for02until the P1 prerequisite is repaired; Production NO-GO remains. No original contract is redefined.

The table retains **P5-15-00 before** and adds **P5-15-01 after**: before56PARTIAL/1DEFERRED; after**53PARTIAL/3FAIL/1DEFERRED**,zeroPASS/BLOCKED/NOT VERIFIED whole groups,total57. E02/J02/S03 fail on actual query/read/draft behavior; C11 stays approveddeferred. PARTIAL rows retain unverified/blocked sub-workflows and do not imply full acceptance. Fresh test/journey limits and three distinct defects are linked rather than inferred from source presence.

## P5-15-00 source/evidence context (historical)

This document reconciles existing source and inherited records. **No application change, fresh suite execution, manual acceptance, provider call, database/Docker operation or production action is recorded here. P5-15 acceptance remains open.**

The [Phase 3 impact matrix](../../phase-3/PRESERVATION_IMPACT_MATRIX.md), [P4-06 matrix](../../phase-4/p4-06/PRESERVATION_ACCEPTANCE.md), [Phase 5 impact](../PRESERVATION_IMPACT.md) and [release-candidate review](../release-readiness/PRESERVATION_REVIEW.md) are reconciled below with the [P5-14 successor](../p5-14/README.md) and current owners. **57/57 mapping completeness is not exhaustive behavioral, visual, responsive, EN/NB or acceptance coverage.** A test-file link is a runnable historical anchor, not a fresh result.

## Status and evidence rules

- **PASS:** complete required evidence for the stated acceptance scope, with no unmet mandatory scope. No full original group earns this at this planning checkpoint.
- **PARTIAL:** recorded core/scoped evidence and retained implementation exist; a mandatory or inherited sub-workflow, human/device, provider or current-checkpoint proof gap remains.
- **FAIL:** a reproducible acceptance assertion failed and remains unresolved for that exact scope. Missing tests, incomplete axe checks and unverified providers do not themselves establish FAIL.
- **DEFERRED:** an explicit recorded decision postpones a retained capability; it remains outstanding and cannot be counted as fulfilled.
- **NOT VERIFIED:** no adequate evidence for a stated check. This applies to every fresh-current-checkpoint execution, actual deployment and unperformed manual check, even where the group is PARTIAL.

The original00column has **56PARTIAL,1DEFERRED,0PASS/FAIL/whollyNOT VERIFIED groups**; the added01column records the historical audit53PARTIAL/3FAIL/1DEFERRED. The original gaps below remain unless01 provides specific superseding evidence. Each row still contains NOT VERIFIED obligations. H/M are redesign regression priority (H: identity, data loss, send/delete/export, shared editing/navigation; M: important reversible presentation), not security vulnerability severity. Owners below are responsibility roles, not new assigned individuals or implementation authorization.

Historical visual links describe only their recorded fixtures and review. Four theme/locale pairs never imply every route/state. Keyboard/pointer and Chromium touch emulation never replace human screen reader, physical touch/software keyboard, 200%/400% zoom, forced colours/text spacing or deployed fonts. The P5-14 record retains 242 scans with zero reported violations **and 1,839 incomplete node occurrences**; incomplete checks remain unaccepted.

- **CV integrity/rendering:** earlier stale-CV and six pagination failures have scoped [revision](../p5-09-readiness/README.md) and [pagination](../p5-09-pagination-readiness/README.md) successors. P5-14 retains the same numerical tolerances and source hashes. Profile/job revisions, wider font/photo/browser combinations and deployed rendering are distinct open obligations.
- **Responsive and drag failures:** the release-candidate matrix predates P5-14 and calls the integrated responsive journey and P5-10-O01 open. P5-14 records reproduced geometry, boundary-key, retained-scroll and nested/foreign-drop failures plus final scoped repairs. Those exact demonstrated cases have inherited success; physical device, human AT and broader combinations remain NOT VERIFIED. Planning adds no closure.
- **Dashboard preference-save 500:** P5-06-O01 is an observed generic **language** preference response while Dashboard/setup reads overlap; the five Dashboard visibility flags are owner-local storage in [DashboardView](../../../../job-tracker-ui/src/components/DashboardView.tsx). Root cause is unknown. This is open reliability evidence, not proof that every Dashboard toggle fails. P4-04-O02 notification concurrency is a separate recorded SQLite failure. Neither is cleared by sequencing a passing fixture.
- **followMode:** [Phase 3 route successor decision](../../phase-3/ROUTE_PLAN.md) and [P5-08b readiness](../p5-08b-readiness/README.md) explicitly preserve metadata while deferring mode-specific UI to mail. Current [producer](../../../../job-tracker-ui/src/jobWorkspaceRoute.ts) emits it; [workspace navigation](../../../../job-tracker-ui/src/views/ApplicationWorkspacePage.tsx) changes section/sub keys without dropping safe query metadata. No current mode consumer was found. Metadata retention earns no compose-mode UI acceptance.
- **CV AI:** [current service registration](../../../../JobTrackerApi/Program.cs) omits `CvAiSuggestionService` in Production, and the optional-service [controller boundary](../../../../JobTrackerApi/Controllers/CvVariantController.cs) returns `503 cv_ai_unavailable` for generation/Apply. Inherited negative/no-write and unrelated-AI tests prove only that controlled local boundary. P5-13 model semantic qualification and review UI remain DEFERRED — BLOCKED / NOT QUALIFIED. The guarded capability is not fulfilled; existing visible controls may return unavailable. [Exact return conditions](../OPEN_BLOCKERS.md#p5-13-deferred-debt-and-return-conditions--2026-10-08) remain mandatory.

## P5-15 execution acceptance obligations

The future acceptance audit must expand the original sub-workflows, execute mapped tests at its declared source, and record route/state/role/data/viewport/theme/locale/keyboard outcomes with evidence provenance. Use [route acceptance](ROUTE_ACCEPTANCE.md) for the 31-original/32-current patterns, alias/query lifetime, removed-primary-entry replacements and visible-control actions. High-risk identity, dirty draft, revision, send uncertainty, delete/restore, immutable archives, export and source/variant relationships need behavioral evidence; screenshots cannot replace them.

Manual utility screen-reader operation (P5-02-D01), command entry/focus timing (P5-04b-R01), attachment-confirmation focus (P5-07-O01), company in-modal save error (P4-02-D02), incomplete axe checks and physical/zoom qualification remain explicit future audits under the [open register](../OPEN_BLOCKERS.md). These are separate from production ingress, current backups/restore/configuration/schema/rollback, protected CI/deployed SHA and actual authenticated deployment acceptance.
