# CV integration QA preservation addendum

||
26 October 2026. CV-QA begins at ef425c2 on `test/cv-integration-acceptance`. This dated addendum does not replace the historical Phase9 matrices or change any of the 57 group qualification states. All 33 routes and aliases remain.
|
||
|
||
Directly affected owners: PRES-C01/C02/C03, C05–C10/C12, W05/W06/W07/W12, E05/E07/E08/E09 and S04/S05. Canonical profile, per-CV overrides, append-only revisions, letter/application versions and frozen package/binary ownership remain distinct. PRES-C11/live model qualification remains withheld. Other groups retain full regression obligations.

The authoritative CV-QA field matrix and checkpoint ledger are `../../cv-integration-qa/ARCHITECTURE_AND_COVERAGE.md` and `../../cv-integration-qa/PLAN.md`. Final per-group reconciliation will be added there without erasing old observations. Broad Phase10 deletion remains ineligible without candidate-specific caller/route/compatibility/test evidence; production gates remain independent. No cleanup or production operation is started by this addendum.

## 27 October 2026 qualification addendum

||
|
||
CV-QA final local evidence is reconciled in `../../cv-integration-qa/evidence-summary.json`. The complete successor `../../cv-integration-qa/preservation.json` explicitly retains all57 groups and33 routes, original criteria/owners/residuals and **56 PARTIAL /C11 DEFERRED** qualification states. No whole capability is promoted by finite passing automation.

Current finite results: backend1336, frontend995/109, ordinary364 with exact discovery membership, separate configured browser53, real import7, actual MariaDB80, Python90, original Windows/Linux each24CV+4letters, plus9 imported PDFs/18pages. Application source remained frozen; test-only additions were separately qualified. Source-backed missing-record mapping, conservative segmentation/provenance and lifecycle races are remediated. Deterministic extraction remains PARTIAL; real CV-model compatibility/accuracy BLOCKED; human/device/language/print/contrast checks OPEN. Candidate-specific Phase10 assessment/planning is conditionally ready, with no unused deletion candidate verified. Cleanup implementation and production remain NO-GO. No main merge, production deployment or infrastructure change was performed by this workstream.
